Item details

The Baby’s Bear Onesie and accompanying doll pattern makes an adorable, little child in a removable bear outfit (“kigurumi”) and bib. This pattern can easily be customized to make a girl or boy by using different yarn colors, adding longer hair, or accessories. Add extra rows to the bear ears and you can make a bunny suit instead! All clothing / outfit items are removable for added-on play feature!

To make this baby (or toddler) doll, start by following instructions for the 6” Chibi Doll Base. Then, use this set of instructions for the following add-ons: crocheted bear suit, bib, and hair tutorial, as well as a hand-drawn anime style eyes tutorial.

(My doll is a baby Tobio Kageyama, from the anime Haikyuu!)

Two files are included in this purchase:
1. 6" Chibi Doll Base Pattern (
2. Baby's Bear Onesie Pattern (18 pages, which includes his complete outfit (hooded bear onesie, bib), a tutorial on making hand-drawn anime style eyes, and a tutorial on adding crocheted hair.)

Both files have written crochet instructions (US terms) as well as photos to help the doll-making process.

** Please note: This is a crochet pattern and not the finished product. **

It is an INSTANT DIGITAL FILE, meaning you will be able to download the pattern upon purchasing it from this site. Please contact me if you are experiencing any problems with obtaining the file!
