I use basic ground shipping because it is the cheapest one. I package my items as carefully as possible in order to get them to you safe and sound.

NOTE: If you have upgraded and have a tracking number for your order and are outside of Canada, please enter the tracking number into your country's post website, as Canada Post only provides tracking until the item leaves Canada.
Make sure your address is the right one, because if your package is returned to me for any reason, I will not pay to have it shipped to you again. You are responsible to have it shipped to you the second time around.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information

If you are uncertain of the item you'd like to purchase please let me know and I can send you more pictures and answer any questions you might have, it's always a pleasure to take time with my customers and help them in any way I can.. I do offer a refund or exchange if you are not happy with your item. Just notify me within 15 days after receiving the item. The item you have purchased may be returned for a full refund. Return shipping is at your expense. Insurance and delivery confirmation must be sent to me for the returned item, as payment will only be refunded upon the actual receipt of the returned item. The item must be in the same condition it was as when you received it. After examination we will let you know if you will be refunded.
If it is broken, please return the item "at your cost", within 15 days and we will repair it and ship it back to you "no cost".

Please be advised that I recycle and am a very eco conscious person and so is my family. I do use recycle packaging. I use recycled bubble mailer or shipping boxes I've received from others to ship to you. I do hope this is all right with you. thank you
