Pattern is new, unused / uncut in factory-folded (FF) condition. The envelope is in excellent condition and the instructions are 100% intact as are the pattern pieces.
This design is marked for a child's Size 4 which is noted as 23" Breast, 21" Waist and 24" Hip though I would not be concerned with the sizing if the style and shape are right for your project.
