New return/refund policy If you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind you must contact me directly WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS of the delivery of the merchandise from the Postal Service, most items are tracked and will show delivery date. Item must be shipped back in same manner and condition sent WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt. No returns after the 3 day period mentioned previously and if you purchased an item prior to the new policy date of 7/1/17 I am sorry but this does not back date! This only applies to items purchased 7/1/17 or after. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying return shipping and will not be refunded the original shipping charges. I will refund ONLY the price of the actual merchandise and any sales tax,if applicable (this applies to Illinois residents only). A refund will be issued once item is received and condition of item is confirmed. I will not accept a return by C.O.D.
Details about "Business days"-since I use USPS services and the Postal Service delivers Mon-Sat this would be considered business days. Sundays and Federal Holidays would not, so basically any day US Postal Service is delivering is a business day.

Please feel free to ask questions or request photos prior to purchase, I would prefer to do this than have a problem after the fact.

If an item arrives to you in broken condition due to shipping handler - notify me immediately through the Conversations tab with photos. I will require at least 3 photos of the broken item, showing condition of box and item as it was received from shipping service. I must have pictures in order to file an insurance claim with the USPS Postal Service. Please do not discard anything that was received - item, packing or box until I notify you a refund from Post Office is received. Some times they ask to see damaged shipment. Do not mail back unless requested to do so. I would notify you by Conversations tab with instructions. I will also notify when a refund is being issued.
