Items will be shipped within three days from the reception of payment, unless the item is Pre-Order, then the item will be shipped after about 2 weeks from the reception of payment. If for any reason your information on your Etsy account does not match your address, please inform me immediately after your purchase. It is not my responsibility to realize that you have the wrong address. An email will be sent to you after the item has been shipped.

I ship all orders using Etsy Shipping labels. They will come with a tracking number. For international orders, the Etsy Shipping label automatically comes with a customs form that marks it as merchandise. I will not mark the customs form with "gift". It can take anywhere from two weeks to a month for international packages to reach their destination.

If a package is returned and it is found out that the shipping address is incorrect by the purchaser's mistake, to have the package shipped back out with the correct address, additional shipping must be paid before the package is mailed out once again.

International First Class packages come with a tracking number on the customs form. This will allow us to track the package up until it leaves the US. When the package enters your Country, they are not obligated to scan the barcode on the customs form and so the tracking might not be updated in your Country. This being so, there might not be any delivery confirmation available through the tacking number either. I will not be able to locate the package or push it for delivery. In this case, the purchaser will have to check with their customs office/postal service to try and locate the package.

International First Class Registered Mail. This is an extra service that requires extra postage cost. With registered mail, the package can be tracked in your Country. If the package is lost or delayed I will be able to make an inquiry to find the missing package. If you are interested in this service, please let me know before you make your order, so I can make adjustments to the listing(s). If you make your purchase first, still let me know if you want this service so I can bill you for the extra postage required.
