I generally like to ship the next business day once payment has cleared but sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate So I will ship no later than 3 days of cleared payment. All orders ship USPS First Class.

Please make sure your shipping address on your Etsy checkout invoice is CORRECT. This is where your item will be shipped to unless you contact me and tell otherwise.

For some unknown reason it seems to take 3 plus weeks for packages to get to Europe some times more. They might get caught up in customs. Please rest assured that orders are shipped with 2 days. I don't I know why this is. I am not responsible for how slow the Postal system does their job.

All my packages go First Class...this means no EXTRA services...del. conf or tracking unless YOU ask for them BEFORE checking out..... For a detail explanation as to what exactly First Class shipping is please visit the site.

I prefer paypal as this means that I will ship much faster. "layaway" is not a preferred method. Payment should be made at time of purchase. IF payment is not made after several attempts to contact buyer neutral/negative feedback will be made BEFORE canceling.

Returns & exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy PLEASE contact me ( first before leaving feedback. Let's face it stuff happens and I will do my best to correct the situation please just give me the chance. I prefer to get a convo before reading in feedback that you're not happy.

Additional policies

If you need to contact me please use ONLY the convo system. I do not use/check the email account used to set up this shop as my primary account.
If an item purchased does not show up in a decent amount of time please email be at or send a convo BEFORE leaving negative feedback. Communication is a good thing.
I recently received negative feedback for an item that was purchased when I had no idea it never showed up. I can't help if I don't know there is a problem. I have always followed up with convos and will continue to do so. I can not speak for the US Postal system, only myself.

Tips for keeping raw brass shiny.....

Step 1

Clean your brass with rubbing alcohol. Use a two-sided sponge that includes a soft side and scouring pad. Apply gentle pressure and rub the tarnish away. Afterward, wipe off any residue with a clean, dry rag.

Step 2

Polish your brass with a yellow treated dust cloth. Black spots on brass are a direct result of too much oil. Yellow treated dust cloths have the proper amount of oil on them, so you won't overtreat your pieces.

Step 3

Buff your brass with a clean, soft cloth. Do it with circular motions. Be sure to cover every inch of your brass piece until it shines. Also, no oil should be dripping or running off of it.

Step 4

Rub your brass with olive oil. Do it with cloth moistened with it. Olive oil gives brass a brighter appearance and staves away any tarnish. Go over the brass with a dry, soft towel afterward.

Step 5

Seal your brass piece with lacquer. Several products are on the market. An easy one to use is Staybrite. All you do is spray it over your pieces in a well-ventilated area and let it dry. Sealant will further keep your brass from tarnishing.
