This listing is for a machine embroidery fill design of a drill team dancer in short boots. The design is one color, but three dimensional to show detail in the uniform. This was custom designed to match a local team, for use with booster club shirts. Need one that matches your team specifically? Just convo me!

This is a digital product. It will be available just after purchase through instant download. Please note that you must have the appropriate software and an embroidery sewing machine to use this design. You must be able to transfer the design from your computer where it is emailed to your embroidery machine.

I personally hand digitize every design by hand. I take a lot of care in my work, and will only sell a design I have digitized and tested myself. This design was requested by a neighbor, who wanted me to match a YARD SIGN.

Each design has zig zag or feather underlay stitches. making the design the best possible outcome. I maintain the copyright on all my designs. I allow customers to embroider my designs for personal use, or on items for sale. Reproducing the design file as is or in an altered format is not allowed. You may not resell, share or give my designs alone or as part of a package.
Sometimes I will illustrate use of the design in colors other than those used in the digitizing. Please look at the "in the hoop" photo for the most accurate color details.
I digitize in .exp form originally, all other forms are converted.

The designs are available in the following formats:
.jef (Janome\/Elna\/ Kenmore)
.sew (Janome\/Elna\/Kenmore)
.pes (deco, brother, babylock)
.pec (Deco, Brother, Babylock)
.exp (Melco)
.hus (Husqvarna\/Viking)
.pcs (Pfaff)
.csd (Poem, Huskygram, Sunger EU)
.xxx (Singer)
.dst (Tajima)

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are available. Please be sure you have read all the information in this listing, and consulted your users manual for your correct format.

Returns & exchanges

Since items are digital, they are not returnable. I'm an honest seller, and I take a lot of photos- so you'll know what you are getting. If I miss something- let me know. Communication is key.

If you order something physical that's not custom and change your mind, I'll happily exchange it if it is unworn-providing you pay the return shipping.

Additional policies

A couple of notes-

Hand crafted items are by their nature perfectly imperfect. It's part of their charm.

Hand dyed items will have an uneven finish, and hand stitched appliques look hand stitched. (If you want perfectly even stitches, look for the word "machine applique" in my listings. It's a different look.)

Custom orders require full payment in advance.

Additional information for those buying embroidery designs:
You'll need the hardware and software to transfer these designs to your embroidery/sewing machine. They are sent in an email as an attached file.

All of my designs are manually digitized. Autodigitizing is sketchy at best. I use a variety of textures, and take the time to adjust angles and fill rates to be sure these designs look their best. It's a time consuming process. I always include underlay stitching, to prevent pulling in the design. These are included in the final stitch counts.
I personally test each design on a Janome MC10001, then I have volunteer testers test them on a Bernina and at least one other machine, prior to offering them for sale.

I retain the copyright to my designs (sometimes I purchase clipart for digitizing in which case only the digitized designs are copyrighted to me). You may certainly make items for giving or selling, but please do not resell / share / trade or otherwise give out my design files. My designs are hand-drawn by me, unless otherwise noted.

All of my designs are originally saved in JAN or EXP format. Then they are converted to the format you need. I include a template and a color chart with my designs. You may ask for any of the following formats:
Tajima - DST
Janome - Jef
Deco Brother/ Babylock – PES
Husqvarna Viking – HUS
Janome / Elna / Kenmore – SEW
Pfaff – PCS
Singer – XXX

I'm currently working on getting BX format for my fonts- hope to have that soon.
Please ask about others. Thanks!

Contact me if you need a different format.
