Orders are processed Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Daily USPS pick-up is between 9-10 a.m. If possible, we will take shipments to the post office in the afternoon.
US Shipping: We ship USPS First Class Parcel for all orders less than 13 ounces. Orders over 13 ounces, will ship USPS Priority Mail. All orders are tracked with Delivery Confirmation. We will notify you when your order has shipped. We send a shipping notification once the package has been taken to the post office.
Tracking is provided with every US and international purchase. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is ready to ship. If a package is marked delivered but has not been received, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with their local post office. In most cases, refunds are not available.
International Shipping: *We highly recommend purchasing international shipping insurance.* We will notify you once your order has shipped along with supplying you the Customs number. Once the package has been received by the United States Post Office, we can no longer be responsible for the merchandise if you have chosen not to purchase additional international shipping insurance. Prior to shipping, we will be more than willing to refund your money through the paying account (Etsy or Paypal). ****For International orders only -- We ship to the address listed on Etsy.****
Payments must be made within 3 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to the purchase.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
We want you to be very happy with your order. If for some reason you are not, and it is a mistake that we made, we'll do our very best to make it right! If it's an item(s) that isn't going to work for you, returns are accepted with prior authorization and in the original, unopened packaging. Call (614-862-0926) or email us within 3 (three) days of receipt for instructions on where to return the item(s). We will not be able to refund shipping.
