All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and delivery can take 3-7 business days.
A USPS tracking number will be provided with each order. I usually try to ship items out same day but I ship all packages out within two days weather permitting.
I will be very happy to upgrade shipping, please contact me to discuss.
Orders are shipped to the address you entered on your Etsy account, so please be sure it is your current and correct address.
If you want your order to be shipped to a different address (same country) please include the address in the 'notes to the seller' at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class Mail.
It is very hard to tell how much time it will take for First Class delivery but it usually takes 1-2 weeks and sometimes up to 4-6 weeks.
Xclusivedsgns is NOT responsible for any incurred taxes, duties or customs fees.

Payments

Paypal (you DO NOT need a Paypal account) and Direct Checkout using credit cards.
If payment comes through as an e-check from PayPal, your item will be shipped once the payment clears (can take up to 5 business days).

Returns & exchanges

I will be very happy to issue refund or offer an exchange for any item that does not meet your expectations with in 10 days of item being shown as delivered according to the delivery confirmation. Please contact me before leaving a negative feedback and also before sending an item back.
The item must be unused and in original condition. The refund will be issued upon return of the item, LESS shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. If an exchange is requested, the buyer is responsible for the postage. ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL!!!
