Two Little Possums is based in Melbourne, Australia. We ship all products from Australia to all around the world via Australia Post.
Items will be shipped within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Domestic Orders Orders placed within Australia arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipment date. If you need it urgently, Express Post upgrades are available for most products.
International Orders International Orders usually arrive within 20 business days from the shipment date. Occasionally items can be delayed for reasons out of our control (weather, postal strikes, public holidays etc). We do our best to make sure your package arrives in a timely and affordable manner. Please be aware that international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office authority for further information prior to placing an order. Items cannot be tracked. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to be trackable, please get in touch.
We ship to the address stated on your etsy order. Two Little Possums does not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses, so please check your details carefully.
Our shipping prices are based on fees quoted by Australia Post. When purchasing multiple products, we may be able to reduce shipping costs. Please contact us prior to ordering, for an accurate shipping quote for multiple items. We love to help!

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds are given only in the event of items damaged during shipment. Damaged items must be shipped back within 5 days of receipt.
Item must be received before refund is issued. You will be refunded purchase price minus etsy, shipping and paypal fees.
