- Once payment has cleared your item will be posted within 3-5 working days.

- The shipping cost listed includes not only the cost of postage, but also the cost of any packaging materials. Purchases are sent without tracking as standard. I aim to ship 1st class within the UK, your parcel will be sent 2nd class in some cases. For example - size of box required to ship your items safely!

- Please ensure your address details are correct when making the purchase, the address i am given is where i will send your item. Let me know if its an alternative address.

- I take lost and/or stolen mail seriously, therefore if a parcel doesn't arrive, I put in a claim with Royal Mail. This will involve me filling out some paperwork to show when it was posted, where the package was being sent and the value. Royal Mail will investigate and if shipped internationally, they will contact the Postal Service within your country also. This will take up to 90 days for Royal Mail to investigate and then will come back to me with a conclusion.

- Shipping upgrades are offered for UK, EU and world wide buyers. This service is an additional cost to the Shipping price that you paid in the listing. This provides a signature upon delivery - therefore you will need to be available to receive the parcel at the address you have provided. Your item will not arrive any quicker and this is not a faster way to deliver your item. This is a cost in additional to your shipping cost from your listing but provides both with a service that your item has been signed for and delivered.

- I accept paypal payments via Etsy. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account

- All processing times can be found on the listing. Once the item is posted and you wish to cancel, please take in the delivery of the item and contact me to arrange for the item to be returned to me. You will need to meet this expense.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
- If you are not happy, please contact me. I will try to rectify the situation for you. You are entitled, to a 7 day cooling-off period under the Distance Selling Regulations. This means, that if you decide you do not want an item for any reason (other than damaged or faulty goods) you must tell us, in writing, within 7 days (maximum) of receiving your item that you do not want it. You will be asked to return the item to us within another 7 days (maximum) and in the same condition you received it in. No returns or refunds will be offered after 7 days of receiving communication that you wish to return.

- Please note that the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer and this will NOT be refunded.

- Royal Mail aim to deliver internationally within 5 working days, this is from dispatch. However, this may take longer due to customs and procedures within other countries. In some situations it may take as long as 8-10 weeks to arrive.

- No refund will be offered after 50 days from purchase.

- If the item is lost, I will investigate the issue to the best of my ability, please allow 40 working days for item to be delivered. Please contact me in the first instance if your item hasnt arrived. If you haven't contacted me by the 40th day I will assume that your purchase has arrived safely.

- If damaged upon arrival, contact me and we can discuss how to rectify the situation.

Additional policies

- Please convo me if you have any problems. As soon as the item is posted i will mark your item as shipped. You can find this information under 'your purchases'.

- Felt colours: I try very hard to accurately represent the felt colour through photographs and description. There will be some colour variations between batches. Also some people don't realise that the colour of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another.

- Returns: no refunds or replacements will be offered after 50 days from purchase.

- Custom charges: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

- Messages: Please contact me in the first instance if you have any question about an item or your purchase. Please can I ask that all convo's/messages are friendly and respectful, I will report any instance of bullying or harassment by following Etsy reporting procedures. By working together I am sure we can resolve an issue.

- NCFeltSupplies is not liable for what you do with the felt or items purchased from the store and who you sell your items to. We are not responsible for any imperfections, damage, or casualties that result from the use of our felt. Purchase of our items means that you are in agreement with our terms and conditions
