Items will be shipped after payment has cleared, in most cases within 2-3 days. For large or custom-order items, up to two weeks might be required for me to obtain the materials from my suppliers and make your item. Unless otherwise noted in the item description, orders with a shipping weight under 2 kg will be shipped without tracking. Tracking is available for an additional fee (contact me for details).
Any customs duties or fees that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer and not included in shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: I rarely encounter problems with items getting lost in the mail, but it has been known to happen. If you did not arrange for tracking of orders for which tracking was not explicitly included in the listing description, I will not accept the responsibility for replacing or refunding lost items.
You can pay using Direct Payment or PayPal at the time of ordering, or via bank transfer (contact me for bank transfer information).
Returns & exchanges
I will accept returns of knitting needles, crochet hooks, spinning equipment, and yarn if the items are unused and unopened. If the return is a result of my error (e.g., I sent you the wrong size crochet hook). I will exchange or refund the item, and you will not be responsible for return mailing costs. If the return is not a result of an error on my part (e.g., you decided that hook just wasn't what you really wanted), I will refund your purchase price after you mail the item back to me (at your expense) and I have received it.
I cannot accept returns of spinning fiber or, for customs reasons, items or orders valued at over 22 euros.
I welcome custom orders, suggestions, ideas, and discussion! I will gladly communicate with you, answer questions, and do my best to keep my customers informed about when items are sent, the status of their orders if I'm waiting for supplies, or any other relevant information.
