Payment Purchases are processed via paypal visa, debit card. Orders are not shipped until full payment is received. All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 businesses days once paid. Shipping All of our products are shipped by plane, it a little bit more expensive, but it helps having the items faster. Please allow up to 1 or 2 weeks for orders in Canada, 2 weeks to orders in the USA.terms do not apply for shipping made in Quebec province. For these, allow 3 to 5 business day.
Returns & exchanges
REFUNDS No refunds will be provided. However, we are humans and stay flexible if this situation comes up: - Item(s) purchased and shipped do not fit the description on the listing (major flaw not listed, wrong measurements)

Returns are accepted but please note that you have to let us know first if you want to return an item. The request must be done within 48H following the delivery of the item(s). You’ll be given a store credit of the value of the item(s) returned to use to purchase any other item on Women Inc.
Also, all shipping fees for the return is at the buyer’s own expense. Any customs rules, laws, fees or duties associated with receiving a returned item are the buyer's responsibility and will be covered by the buyer. If any of these fees are to be paid once we received your returned item(s), the amount will be subtracted from the value of the returned item(s).

VISUAL We do our very best to display our items with the most accurate pictures (light and color). However, it may vary from one computer to another one. If the exact color is important to you, please message us prior to purchase, and we'll do our best to provide you any extra information about the item.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE Please be aware that we cannot refund you the cost of a lost or damaged package. Once it leaves our hands, it is in the hands of the Post Office and not our responsibility (applies with proof from the sender that items were shipped). Lost or damaged package happen very rarely.
