Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of payment, I email the customer as soon as an item has been sent. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
Europe: 2-14 days US & Canada: 3-21 days Rest of World: 3-30 days
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, fees or taxes that may apply within their countries.
For all international orders please provide a telephone number. Where a telephone number is not provided we cannot be held responsible for returns due to Customs not being able to contact you. Customers must provide all necessary documentation needed for importation of items where needed. It is up you as the customer and not us as the seller to know your local customs/import restrictions.
The cost of posting and delivery time is beyond our control. We try to post quickly and email all our buyers to let them know their item has been posted.
All items over 30€ are sent insured and are with tracking.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your business is important to us so if you are dissatisfied with an item we will accept returns within 7 days for European orders and 14 days for International orders and we will issue a refund upon receiving the item back.
Please contact us to arrange a refund (less shipping). Shipping to or from will not be refunded. Buyer is expected to pay return postage and the refund is for ITEM ONLY and it must be returned in the condition it was posted in.
Upon receipt of your order if the box is damaged or very battered please check the contents at the door and if damaged please make the courier aware. In most cases there will be some paperwork to fill out. Also needed will be photographs of the box, packaging and contents. Without any of the above an insurance claim will be impossible and no refund will be offered. In every case when items have arrived damaged and have been sent insured a refund will not be made until after any investigation by the Post Office. As above photos may be required and all packaging must be kept.
If you would like to buy more than one item, shipping can be combined. Please contact us for a quote before direct purchase.

When possible we will ship using recycled packaging.
For high value or multiple items lay-away is possible. You will need to pay a non-refundable 25% deposit and any items will be reserved for you. In some cases the extra charges I incur e.g. PayPal fees may also be included.
