Item details

This style was oh so popular circa 1970, with cross-your-heart styling and a long smooth body. One or two-piece sleeves have zippered wrist openings or button trim.

this is for bust 34, but do have a look at the photos of the packet back for much more information.

Pattern is unused. Packet is in good condition.

This comes from my smoke-free home which I share with a lot of cats. The cats are not permitted to smoke.

I ship through the United States Postal Service. I will ship within two working days of receiving payment. If this is not possible, I will let the buyer know immediately. Once I have handed the order over to the post office, shipment delivery time is out of my hands. Usually I ship first class or priority. Even with priority, delivery dates are not guaranteed, not even by the post office.

I choose the most economical method that will still ensure the item arrives as safely as possible, and that is reflected in the postage price listed.

I often reuse and/or recycle shipping materials and boxes. Your package may arrive in a box with weird stains and a lot of duct tape - but most of all, I try to ensure your purchase arrives clean and safely.

It can take from two weeks to several months for international shipments to clear customs. If you have not received an international shipment within three weeks, check with your country's customs.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Contact me via convo as soon as you receive your order if there are any problems with your purchase. You MUST notify me BEFORE returning an item for a refund. Returns MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order. It MUST be returned in the SAME condition it was sent from me. If it is damaged or changed, purchase price will NOT be refunded.

Shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer. It is strongly advised that the buyer purchase insurance from their shipping carrier. Refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping charges) will be made promptly once the item has been received by me. POLICY ABOUT NON-DELIVERY OF ITEMS

If tracking indicates the package was delivered and the buyer indicates it was not, I will ask you to do the following:

1. to check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them either on purpose or by accident.
2. to check with family members – it is not unheard of that someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight
3. to ask the delivery postal worker where he/she left the package.
4. call their local post office to see if it sitting there.

If the package cannot be located, I (the seller) will ask you (the buyer) to complete the following steps. (Information provided by a USPS Consumer & Industry Manager.)

1. file a police report with his/her local police department
2. report the theft to the Postal Inspection Service by
a. calling 877.876.2455 between 8:00am-4:30pm – select option #3
b. completing the “Mail Theft - Mail Not Received Complaint Form” online at postalinspectors.uspis.gov/radDocs/Mail_Theft_Complaints.pdf

I (the seller) will provide you (the buyer) with the following information so the “Mail Theft-Mail Not Received Complaint Form” can be properly completed. (BUYER must complete this, not the seller.)

The buyer will receive a receipt showing a “Mail Theft-Mail Not Received Complaint Form” is completed and submitted to the USPS.

Once the seller receives a copy of this receipt from the buyer, he/she can issue a refund, or not. With proof of delivery, Etsy and PayPal will side with the seller.

The USPS Consumer & Industry Manager also indicated the seller could file an insurance claim for loss. The seller may have to follow the two-step appeal process for final agency ruling; however, the Consumer & Industry Manager could not speculate on the outcome.
