Orders dispatched to a UK address are sent using Royal Mail Second Class post, but you can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail First Class post for a small additional cost.
Orders dispatched to countries outside the United Kingdom are sent using Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery times vary but are typically 3 to 5 working days for European destinations and 10 to 15 working days for destinations outside Europe. Delays with Customs processing may occur and are out of our control which may increase the amount of time it takes for orders to arrive to destinations outside Europe. Any Import Duties, Taxes and any Customs Clearance Fees (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We fully comply with "Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013" which are in force as of 13th June 2014.
Generally, but not extensively, this gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days, starting the day after you receive your goods (magazines are excluded from the right to cancel).
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us in writing by e-mail or letter, before the end of the 14 calendar day period. You then have an additional 14 calendar days to inform us that you have actually returned the item to us or to be able to provide proof of the return.
We would ask that items are returned to us please in a re-saleable condition with the original packaging.
Please note that in the case of the return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods, we will not reimburse you for the cost of return postage.
