Fossilised Bryozoan Coral - one of the most amazing coral fossils. It has distinctive, contrasting, almost black & silvery white patterns & dots.
From the Cambrian Period from the period 544 to 505 Million years ago
Some bryozoans are commonly known as ‘lace corals’ because of their growth form, but they are not related to the true corals.
The Cambrian was truly an astonishing period in evolution of life on earth. Most major groups of animals first appear in the fossil record, an event popularly and scientifically called the "Cambrian Explosion". Darwin and others once believed that the Cambrian rocks contained the first and oldest fossil animals.
Many marine metazoans having mineralized exoskeletons flourish in the Cambrian, including sponges, corals, molluscs, echinoderms, bryozoans, brachiopods and arthropods.

How to Care for your Jewellery
If properly cared for, your handcrafted jewellery should provide many years of enjoyment. Sterling silver jewellery naturally takes on a blackish tarnish over time in reaction with air. These are easily removed. You can buy a silver-cleaning cloth, or use some baby toothpaste (non abrasive) on a cloth or soft toothbrush. Gently rub at the tarnish, then wash and dry to bring back the super-shine. Avoid harch chemicals, hairspray or perfumes. Storing your silver jewellery in sealed plastic bags will help retard tarnish. Gemstones have differing degrees of hardness, because of this care should be taken as how they are stored especially softer materials.
These are natural stones which have imperfections. This also adds to the uniqueness of the jewellery pieces.
