Most orders will be shipped by USPS First Class, USPS Priority with tracking. UPS or FedEx will be used if you need your items quickly with an additional charge.
We combine shipping whenever possible.
We take pride in packaging our items very carefully to help prevent breakage.
Our shop is not responsible for orders lost in shipping. Once it leaves our shop it is out of our control. We are not responsible for USPS or UPS lost items.
We accept PayPal as well as major credit cards as well as Etsy gift cards.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with your items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items and we'll do our best to resolve any problems.
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after receiving your items with full refund through Paypal. Shipping cost of returns is the customer's responsibility.
Once your item leaves our hands at the Post Office, we are not responsible for shipping delays. Refunds will not be given for shipping delays that caused your item not to arrive in time for your event.
We work very hard to create our products and get them shipped out to you in a timely manner. We take pride in everything we make and will never sacrifice quality. We want to make sure we have the time to create your items to your specifications in time for your event.
