Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your items for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there has been an error on my part. Your refund will only be sent once I safely receive the returned items.
I always parcel items for delivery carefully. If however, an item is delivered damaged I will require photographs of the damaged item and the packaging before a refund can be given.
