THIS INTERIOR FABRIC DESIGN INC. Medium Weight Cotton Fabric left over from WEDDING project of Table Covers and Napkins and this is all that remains over.

THERE are Six (6) Distinct printed design patterns remaining on this one piece of Cotton Fabric which has beautiful pastel coloured garden blooms set against a Cream coloured background.

This one piece would make wonderful Summer Room Cushion Covers or a beautiful spring or summery tablecloth, or, as medallions for any Quilt Project you might design, or better still just allow it to fit any project your imagination conjures up! Great for Interior Designers when staging Shabby Chic, or shabby-chic styled rooms or as this specific piece left from a greater amount was used to make Wedding Table Covers and Napkins to match.

The Shop Owner ships to the address listed on your Etsy Direct Checkout or Paypal account or credit card account, so please be sure it is updated and correct.

If the address you supply is incorrect, and your purchase finds its way back to the Shop Owner, it will reshipped once you pay to have it reshipped.

The shipping rates have been set, however, if the shipping costs vary to a greater degree over what was charged, your costs will be refunded to the closest dollar point of the actual shipping cost.

Shipping is done through Canada Post First Class Mail by weight and the shop owner has charged what is believed to be the current postal rates according to weights and measurements provided by Canada Post. However, please be aware that small parcels under $50.00 postal rates do not receive insurance automatically through Canada Post, if Insurance is required then please have a conversation with the Seller.

Normal delivery time to the U.S., UK, most of Europe, and Australia is 10-14 days, however Canada Post will quote that it can occasionally take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Please contact the Shop Owner if you require expedited shipping, the Shop Owner will be more than pleased to provide you with a quote. TO DO THIS YOUR CORRECT ZIP/POSTAL CODE IS REQUIRED.

**International Buyers Outside CANADA Please Read**
I ship all international packages using Canada Postal Service First Class Mail with insurance (this is standard mail) with higher shipping rates, however there are many instances where insurance or tracking is not available under a certain shipping cost. IT WOULD BE BEST IF YOU WOULD CONTACT THE SELLER SO THAT CONDITIONS FOR YOUR ITEM MIGHT BE CHECKED AS TO COST, INSURANCE AND TRACKING. The tracking number if available through Canada Post, will be provided will only show your package as it moves through the Canadian postal system. Once it leaves the country (usually shown on the tracking number at a vague Canadian Clearing Station address), the tracking number will stop updating.

- Please be aware that customs in your country MAY require you to pay a fee before they deliver your package. As this Seller is not familiar with the laws of one country to another, THIS SELLER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for those charges. Returns & exchanges

IF, the product you is unsuitable or has been damaged, then the shop owner will request a return of the item purchased, and will provide a full refund minus the shipping costs, once the item has been received by the shop owner.....
IF THE ITEM has not been returned to the shop owner, then no refund will be issued.

The shop owner is not an unreasonable seller, please, if you experience a difficulty or have a problem, contact the owner and I am certain we can come to a mutual agreement.

IF YOUR PURCHASE is a Gift and it is to be shipped direct to the Recipient, please SPECIFIY THIS IN YOUR CONVERSATION WITH THE Shop Owner, a card will then be sent along with the item.

WHEN placing a custom order the Shop Owner will be conversing with the purchaser to make certain the item(s) being custom made are to the purchasers specifications. When the custom order is ready for shipping, the Shop Owner will send photo's of that article, once the Purchaser agrees it is as ordered, an invoice will be sent to the Purchaser and once that invoice is paid, then, and only then will it be shipped to the Purchaser.
