Store in a cool, dry place.Growing Instructions:- Before planting, soak the seeds in warm water for at least 3 hours.- Sow the seeds in pots containing well draining multi-purpose compost (or a citrus specific compost), water and cover with plastic (either a plastic bag, cling-film or a propagator).- Keep the pots indoors and warm until the seeds germinate, usually within 21 days. At this point, the plastic covers can be removed.- Once established the plants can be re-potted into individual pots (if required), and subsequently, larger pots.- Kaffir limes should be fed with a general purpose plant food, or ideally, a citrus specific plant food.- It is possible to grow the plant indoors all year round.- Kaffir lime is not frost resistant but makes an ideal indoor or conservatory plant. The plants can be keep outdoors or in the greenhouse during the warmest summer months.
