Our company ships smaller items via UPS, FedEx or USPS, and our shipping costs include insurance, as we do not reimburse for damaged and/or lost items once they are shipped.

Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. In the rare case a refund is in order (and we are notified within 5 business days), return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
