Supplies:
- 1/3 yard (1/3 metre) of lightweight knit fabric or lightweight woven fabric with some stretch. Note: You must use a knit fabric that doesn’t ravel if you want to make the variation with flutter sleeves.
- 13 inches (33 cm)of 3/8” (9.5 mm) elastic
- Bodkin or safety pin to insert elastic in waistband
- Dressmaker’s tracing paper and wheel or chalk
