The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Errors are dealt with on a case by case basis. Typically products are replaced for free if you provide me with a photograph of the error. If the proof was approved by you with an error, we will reprint at a discounted rate. In large order cases and cases where I do not feel an error was made OR the product is usable, at the very least, you will be expected to return the product to me at your expense in order for a refund to be considered.
