About Royston Turquoise:

This mining area is located in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The first recorded mining occurred in 1902, and multiple deposits and claims have been discovered in the area. These deposits have been marketed using names such as Oscar Wehrend, Royal Blue, Bunker Hill, and Royston. The Royal Blue site is the largest. One of the more famous names to have mined this area is Julius Tannenbaum. Since most of the turquoise from these multiple mining sites have a similar look and color, the turquoise from this area is generally marketed using the name Royston. Along with many other large-producing areas of turquoise, it has been said to produce millions of dollars worth of turquoise, yet these claims of prosperity have yet to be proven. Three recent owners of this area’s deposits were John Martin, the Otteson family, and Philip Chambless.

Royston turquoise can be unbelievably beautiful. Colors vary from different shades of green, dark sky blue to green and blue together in one stone. Matrix can be a beautiful brown and the best Royston is equal to that found in any American mine.

Guarantee:

If the stone/stones do not completely fulfill your expectations, simply repackage them in the package I sent them to you in, put a new address label on the front and return to me for a refund of your purchase.

One Note:

I have done my best to get the most accurate representation of the stone/stones. I have noticed that the photos look slightly different on different computers, and with different lighting, etc. I take the photos under natural light with a quality camera and with no alterations. I can assure you that the photographs do not do any stone true justice in my mind. I am selling these from my personal collection. I have been a collector for most of my adult life. I have Native American jewelry, arts, crafts and a collection of turquoise stones from a variety of U.S. Mines.

Check my other items frequently. I will be adding to the inventory regularly.

I will ship within 2 business days of your purchase.

Thank You!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase, but that may not happen due to weird camera shots, lighting, etc. I am reasonable. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it within 15 days of receiving the item(s). If the item(s) are damaged in shipping to you, the item(s) must be sent back (you must pay the shipping to me) however, you will get a credit for 100% of the item toward the purchase of one other item. If the item is damaged in shipping back to me, and you did choose to add the insurance then you will get a credit for the full value of the item (sorry you will still need to ship it back). I will make the claim to the post office. If it is damaged in the return to me, and you did not opt for insurance, then you will get a credit for 50% of the item total. This really only is an issue with the High Grade and Gem Grade stones.

Please talk with me prior to purchase to make other arrangements, I am totally flexible, and will make exceptions to the rules most of the time. I accept returns if you are not happy with your items, but you must tell me within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
