All shipping is done through USPS unless otherwise specified. I do not guarantee shipping time, unless provided by via tracking number through USPS which is still under their control, not mine. All packages will have a tracking number included with the exceptions of gift tags and greeting cards due to keeping the shipping costs as low as possible. If you would like one provided when purchasing one of the two items, the price will be increased to ship, please contact me if this is something that interests you.
Please ensure that the address on your ETSY account is current, failure to do so will result in wrong shipment in the fault of the customer.
Returns & exchanges
I love making each individual item in my shop and take pride in them all and therefore hope you enjoy them just as well. In the case that you are not satisfied with the order, please contact me via ETSY first asap and we will discuss options.
In the case that a custom order is made and a mistake is made on behalf of the customer, refunds will not be issued; however, please contact me and we can arrange for that to be fixed for a charge. In the case of a mistake on my part, I will fix it free of charge.
Once an order is marked as ship, any damage or loss of the package will be up to the discretion of the postal service - once it is out of my hands it is out of my control.
Please read each listing very carefully upon ordering. All details from size, care, color, etc are specified. If any confusion may occur on any description, please do not hesitate to contact me through ETSY.
