I aim to post all orders within 3 working days after checkout and payment. Occasionally during busy periods it may take me a little longer to catch up.
UK: You have the option for standard first class mail or recorded first class mail. You will receive your order between 1 and 2 working days after I have shipped your order however most cases will be the next working day.
International: For some destinations you have the choice of standard air mail or Tracked and Insured. Sadly I cannot offer standard air mail (the cheapest) to all destinations due to long delays and the stress this causes.
Standard air mail varies depending on where you live. Europe is usually between 3 and 10 working days USA & Canada between 5 and 10 working days . both these are standard estimates occasionally it can take up to 30 working days.
Tracked and signed for International allow between 3 and 8 working days.
International and Domestic if many items are purchased I will upgrade shipping to tracked and insured where ever possible.
International and Domestic If you choose for the cheaper standard mail service and it is delayed or lost I will not be held responsible it is your choice to insure and track your order everyone has this option. I always retain proof of posting.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds are offered for faulty/damaged products as you receive them, please send clear photographs via email and refunds will be issued. However much care is taken to ensure this does not occur.
You are entitled to change your mind and exchange however, I will not refund postage or pay for exchange postage. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days.
Refunds or exchanges will not be offered for custom orders for obvious reasons. However I will send photos through the message system before you buy to ensure it is what you want.
