**Overpayment of shipping costs greater that $2 USD will be refunded to the buyer.**
Please ensure that the shipping address you have listed with Etsy is correct, as that is where I will send your order unless you have specified otherwise.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class.
Target delivery for domestic orders is 1-3 business days, and for international orders is 7-21 working days. However, delays can and do occur, so please allow up extra time for delivery in case this happens. Please keep this in mind if you are under a strict deadline, and convo me prior to purchasing to discuss this and talk about potential shipping upgrades.
International orders are sent untracked. Please note that any customs and import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. UK customers need to be aware of the VAT duty and tax rates applied by their country to imported goods (contact HM Revenue & Customs for advice and rates).

For all orders, I accept credit card payments via Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout. Upon full receipt of payment, I will begin to assemble your order. Most items are ready-made, but in some cases I may have to make the item to order.
If you are needing your order under a deadline, please convo me before purchasing to discuss the possibilities.
Returns & exchanges
Unfortunately I am unable to offer tracking on international orders.
If items are lost or damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact me and I will do my best to offer a replacement or refund. Unfortunately I am unable to offer returns or refunds based on a change of heart. Please examine photos carefully and read the product description. I do my best to ensure photos are representational of the colors, but be aware that display settings may cause items to appear a slightly different color than in real life.
Custom orders are final except if the parcel has been lost or damaged during shipping.
I try to my hardest to ensure that the colours represented in my photos match that of the actual color of the item, however, colours in pictures may appear slightly different in person due to individual monitor and display settings.
