This listing is for your artwork's (logo, design) digitizing charge. This is the expense to get your logo changed over into stitches and embroidered on your custom apparel. Just buy this posting on the off chance that one of our postings requires you as well.
Please send high resolution artworks for digitizing. Remember that some logos are not embroidery friendly and won't be usable since they are too complex. Don't hesitate to send us a message first to see what should be possible.
This is a one time charge. Any extra or new logos will require the buy of this posting.
Digitizing can take up to 3 days, so please remember that when requesting.
We ship items daily Monday through Friday, except holidays.
If your item is being personalized please make sure we have all the details, this may delay the shipping of your item.
We automatically ship to the address listed in your account. If you would like items shipped elsewhere, please update your shipping address before you checking out.
We try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. Please keep in mind the cost for shipping and handling includes the packaging supplies and postage fee.
For Domestic Shipping: Items are shipped via USPS First Class service. Due to USPS guidelines, packages weighing 13 ounces or less will be shipped First Class. Packages over 13 ounces are shipped Parcel Post. For faster shipping, buyers have the option of upgrading to USPS Priority Mail.
For International Shipping: We ship all of our items Worldwide. We only ship USPS International Priority Mail. If international shipping is not listed, please contact us for a quote.
We are not responsible for any damages / loss incurred during shipping.

Returns & exchanges
If you are not happy with your item we will work with you to correct the situation. No return / exchange / refund is accepted on any items that have been personalized. Items that have not been personalized can be returned for a refund.
We do not refund or reimburse shipping and handling fees.
All of our work is done on commercial embroidery machines. That means you always get high quality work which will be durable and beautiful. All of our products are new, unless otherwise noted.
