Once an item is mailed, I am no longer responsible for any damages or lost items due to the post office or unknown occurrences. However, please let me know if anything happens and I will be more than glad to work with you on a solution!
If you choose to order without tracking number for cheaper shipping, I am not responsible for loss any loss or damages and will not be able to refund or resend.
If you would like to purchase with tracking number to ensure delivery, please search the shop for "Shipping Upgrade."
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the sale is final.
Returns & exchanges
