This is a custom made personalized photo frame display perfect for your wedding photo!

Customize your frame with your name and wedding date. Just leave the note in the note to seller at checkout!

• The words are engraved into the solid pine wood. The writing is walnut stained in color.

• Color shown is walnut stain.

• The mat will be classic white unless otherwise requested

• Size is 14.5" x 11" and fits a 5"x7" photo.

• Sawtooth hanger attached on the back.

• Acetate covers the photo for protection and is held down by metal photo turns.

Each piece is made to order and may not look exactly the same as pictured. We strive to make each piece look beautiful! These are handmade, and therefore any imperfection only adds to the character! Please refer to the shop announcement at the top of our home page for our current turnaround time.

Sizes for all items are in the item descriptions, and they vary greatly. All connected name signs will list the width of the name, but not the height. This is because height will vary based on the name so please message me if you need specific details!

Gift wrapping is unavailable at this time. I am happy to include a note if sending a gift, if requested.

Some pieces are more fragile than others, and while I take care to package carefully, occasionally an item may arrived damaged. Please notify me within 24 hours from the date the tracking is marked delivered, if your item arrives damaged. Photos will be needed for insurance purposes. A replacement or a refund will be provided depending on the situation.

There are several ways to hang these items. Many items will come with sawtooth hangers on the back. These are provided if they fit, but due to the design of some items, there is not a good place to put them. If you do not have hangers on your item, my suggestion is to use Command strips. These work great, especially for individual letters, and make it so much easier to line them up on your wall without damaging it! Another option is strategically placed nails for the longer word and name signs, such as in the loop of the f and l for the word family.

Current production time is 2 weeks for picture frames and 3 weeks for all other items. All items will be shipped after the production time listed in every listing. If you need something by a specific time, just message me and we can work it out!

All necessary information MUST be included in the note to seller at checkout (this includes names, colors, hangers added, etc). While I will try my best to make notes of changes when sent via convo, it is not always guaranteed!

Items are shipped USPS. Most items will ship Priority Mail.

For the items shipped Priority Mail, $100 in insurance is included in the shipping. I do my best to package items so that they will not break, but things do happen and packages can get lost (though rare). I will provide a replacement or refund, whichever suits the case.

Delivery dates are only estimates, even with Priority Mail. I cannot guarantee delivery unless you'd like to upgrade to Priority Express.


***INTERNATIONAL:
I do ship to Canada and some countries. Please convo me if you have any questions! Shipping times can vary greatly and tracking is not always guaranteed so please allow anywhere from 2-6 weeks to receive your product AFTER the production/turnaround time. Any customs charges or VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Most items will be shipped First Class International unless otherwise requested. Larger items will be shipped Priority International. I try to keep international shipping costs low for you.

If you are unhappy with your item please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so that we can help you.

Due to the personalization of the names, I cannot refund them but may be able to send you something different if there is an issue.

It is your responsibility to return the item to us and we will refund your purchase minus any shipping costs.

Additional policies

Our signs can be fragile and are not children's toys. Our signs are intended for hanging on the wall or placed on a shelf, similar to other wall art and out of reach from children and babies. They are breakable and may contain small pieces that would pose a heath risk.

As with any decor in a child's room, precautions should be taken. Most items are very lightweight (range from a few ounces to 1.5 lbs). Many items are equipped with sawtooth hangers on the back, and we recommend them to be reinforced with Command strips (or something of the like) when hanging in children’s rooms. The Lettered Lane and its owners cannot be held responsible for misuse of our products. If you have any questions regarding recommended use, please do not hesitate to ask us.
