Item details

This is a beautiful piece of vintage décor fabric.

The background color is an oyster shade. There is
a ribbon and flower motif in a raspberry and fern
green combo. The pattern is woven rather than
printed. The reverse side ( which you can use for contrast)
is a raspberry stripe with touches of the fern green.

The piece is approx. 1.25 x .50. There is also an additional
small remnant.

I'm not certain of the fiber content, although it is a nice
quality fabric. I've had it about 20 years, I had purchased
it from an antique shop, but I don't know it's age.

You have enough yardage to make at least two décor
pillows, more if you use a coordinating fabric for
the back. It could also be used in wearable art applications.
The weight is substantial, but not at all stiff.

The fabric is in fine condition, the only mar being a small
amount of bleeding of the raspberry thread, most likely
having happened during the manufacture process.

The motif of this fabric would lend itself best to a traditional
or electic antique décor.

This would also make a nice addition to a vintage
fabric collection.

I've tried to give and accurate description, but as always, I'm
happy to answer any questions.
Thanks for stopping by.
