Please remember that aIl items are HANDMADE and to ensure I spend good quality time creating your product, it could take approximately 2-4 weeks for your special delivery although most times it doesn't take that long.

Please understand that I do not start creating your product or ship until I have received payment.
Returns & exchanges
Since each soldered charm piece is specially handcrafted when ordered, I am not able to accept returns on charms however, if you are unhappy with your order, I would be happy to accept your return and "redo" it for you! Please note that for custom orders you will receive a proof which you will have to accept before I make your charm so their may be extra charges for a "redo".
I would be happy to "EXCHANGE ONLY" charm making supplies and other items that are in unused condition and acceptable to sell to another customer. Everything must be returned in whole with packaging and labeling or no refund will be given. I must receive your return within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise and you must notify me of your return at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping charges that have already been incurred cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise and all other postal fees to insure that the package arrives safely back to me. Charges will be applied for shipping new products.
If your item has been damaged in the mail, please notify me immediately and save all items and packing material so that I can file a claim with the mail carrier.
I take very special care to create my charms and I want them to last a lifetime, however, if something happens such as a jump ring pops off or the silver frame pulls away from the glass, I will repair it for FREE. In order for me to repair at no charge, glass must be returned and not broken and the image must be returned and not ruined. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise and all other postal fees to insure that the package arrives safely back to me. We will pay for shipping charges back to you. This guarantee does not include broken glass or ruined images because charm has been submerged into water. Charm care is included in all shipments.
