I will dispatch using Royal Mail in the UK for all small items, larger parcels will either be sent via Royal Mail tracked or courier.
I will include printed invoice within your parcel or envelope for your records.
Turnaround time for orders to be completed and dispatched as stated in individual listings.
For delivery, please add an average of two days for orders placed within the UK, five working days for EU and up to ten working days for the rest of the world.

Goods are only shipped on receipt of your PayPal or card payment.
To keep on the green side, and to better protect your item(s) during transit, I may use clean and sturdy repurposed stationery/packing materials. If your item is clearly being sent direct to a gift recipient, I'll use all new and pretty packaging. If your item is not a gift, but you would prefer all-new packaging, I don't mind arranging this for you.
I accept payment by PayPal, credit and debit cards, please complete payment within 2 days of placing your order.
If you make a purchase in error, contact me as soon as possible so we can cancel before it's shipped to you.
If your country applies additional taxes on parcels shipped to you, you the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

If your purchased product doesn't arrive within two weeks, please let me know as soon as you can so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
I obtain proof of posting with all my items, which covers your purchase for damage and loss to a value of £20 approximately with Royal Mail.
If your item is more expensive, the shipping cost will be greater to enable courier service and additional insurance.
While some of my items are one of a kind, and as such, not really replaceable, if something does happen to your package, I will endeavour to replace it to your satisfaction. Customer service is important to me!
Made To Order Items - Please be aware that items that we make to order are exempt from refund if ordered in error as they can not be added back to stock to be resold.
