All items in my shop are ready to ship and will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Items are shipped from Dayton, OH USA.
USA: I ship via United States Postal Service and use delivery confirmation whenever possible. At my discretion, I may use FedEx or UPS if it is more suitable for the order. Upon shipping (domestic or international) I always send notification of the shipping service used and any tracking/delivery confirmation numbers.
Delivery Time: Delivery time will vary depending on where your purchase is being sent to.
I accept Major Credit Cards through direct checkout and PayPal, PayPal and US Postal Money Order.
Credit Cards: If paying by credit card through Direct checkout the statement will read "Etsy.com". If paying by credit card through PayPal the charge on your account will appear as "PTM LTD".
Money Order: US Postal Money Orders only. I allow for two weeks to receive payment by money order. If payment is not received within that time the order will be canceled.
Residents of Ohio--Ohio law requires me to collect 7.25% tax on your TOTAL order (shipping included).
If you need to cancel an order, contact me. If the item has not yet shipped I will cancel the order for you and process a refund.
FleaMarketMuse reserves the right to cancel an order if I deem it necessary. If I cancel an order prior to shipping I will notify the buyer with a reason and provide a full refund of item and shipping cost.
Returns & exchanges
No hassle refund. Don't like it? Contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item and arrange for a return. Buyer pays for return shipping and must have put the item in the mail within 7 days of receipt of the item . When I receive the item in its original condition the buyer will receive a full refund. Items paid by credit card will have a refund initiated within 5-7 business days of my receipt of the returned item. Paypal payments will have a return processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of a returned item.
If your item arrives damaged (hasn't happened yet, but just in case!): Take pictures of the packaging and the item(s) immediately, retain all packaging and/or written information from the delivery service and/or customs. Contact me within 48 hours with a description of damage and the pictures. Buyer must cooperate fully with any investigation by the delivery agency and/or insurer to be eligible for a full refund.
