Shipping is made from Latvia. Please read the rules carefully.
Your orders will be SENT to the shipping ADDRESS that is written in your ETSY PROFILE, please be sure that it is correct! Or please contact me if another address should be used.
Orders are sent within 2-7 working days after receiving the payment. We ship via Latvian Post, using international registered mail which includes tracking + signature upon delivery. If no one is home when the letter carrier attempts delivery, the letter carrier will leave a notice and return the item to the Post Office. Check the notice for specific instructions or call to your local post office to have the package redelivered.
* Please contact us if you didn't received your order within 30 days after payment complete.
I'll send you the tracking number of the package, so you will be able to track your item throughout shipping. Once shipped, here are possible reception delays, according to Latvian Post Service: - EU: up to 4-10 days; - US: up to 1-3 weeks (usually the shipping lasts about 6-8 days, but it can still vary up to 4 weeks, or even more, especially at winter time, delivered by USPS); - Everywhere else: up to 1-3 weeks.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the postal system for stolen, damaged or "lost in the mail" goods during shipping.
There can be some items are not allowed to send to specific regions by the international customs regulation .

Returns & exchanges
I do not refund the shipping fee and the cost of sending it back, the item is up to you. In the case if you just don't like the item - the color, the size then no refunds or exchanges are available. Do not forget that is 100% vintage !
Requests for refund - no later than 14 days after receiving item.
CANCELLATIONS: Upon request we can cancel your order for a full refund if requested in writing within THE SAME DAY OF ORDER ONLY. PLEASE NOTE - we do our best to ship our items out as quickly as possible - therefore it is possible that we ship your item before we see your cancellation request
REVIEW - after you have received an item - please find a moment to leave a review about it. I just want to know that all my items have reached their destination! If for any reason you want to leave a negative or neutral feedback - please contact me before doing that giving me a chance to solve any problems that have appeared.
