This is a Garden Dibble, it is used for planting seeds or bulbs at a given depth, this one here is marked for 3". These are made of various woods in my shop. If you would like a specific wood or color, please let me know and I will get it made for you. I can make them smaller or bigger as well. Please note that the price reflects woods that I have on hand which are Oak, Maple and Walnut, if I need to order a special wood for you, it could add significantly to the cost of the finished item. I usually coat these with a wipe on polyurethane. If you want it finished with something else, please let me know.
All items purchased will ship the next business day of your payment clearing if at all possible. If your payment clears on the weekend, the item will ship no later than the following Tuesday.
The only known exception to this, is if you have ordered a custom made item and it takes a few days to make it. Then you will be given a general idea of when to expect your item to be shipped.
Shipping is by USPS Flat Rate box, Priority Mail, First Class Mail, FedEx, or by UPS ground, Packages will be sent by USPS unless you request it to be mailed a different way BEFORE you purchase. Please inform me if you wish to have the item shipped a different way so that I can bill you properly for it. If you wish to have your item shipped any other way, such as overnight etc. you must contact me and state clearly what shipper you want to use, along with your address and phone number if the shipper requires a phone number, and then any fees for that shipping option must be paid before the item(s) will be shipped to you, including any customs fees. Please note that I ship worldwide. Also please note that the shipping price displayed on my listings are for USPS small flat rate box. These boxes only hold approximately 6 to 8 pens (more if they are Slimline's) If you order several items and they do not all fit in the small flat rate box, I will contact you for further instructions on how you wish to have the items shipped. Please note that Etsy now allows listings for upgraded mail services. I will not do this as it is simply too complicated to do without interacting with you the customer anyway. So if you want something shipped a different way other than USPS flat rate box. YOU MUST contact me and clearly state what you are wanting to buy, and how you want the item shipped. I WILL THEN create a listing specifically for you to purchase which will include the item price and the shipping option you chose.
I am not responsible for any lost or misdirected mail or parcel that you send back to me. However, I will do my best to help you track down anything that is lost if and when that does happen. If something I sent to you is lost, again, I will do my best to help find the item but if that is not possible, I will then replace the item with a like item that you choose, but please do not ask me to replace a Slimline pen with a Gatsby etc. I wont do it. I highly encourage you to get insurance on anything you buy but I do not require it. Note that USPS flat rate boxes now are sent with up to $50 insurance already included at no additional charge. This is why I like using these boxes. So unless your item is over $50 in value, there is NO reason to buy more insurance. Any item over $50 should have insurance on it, but again I do not require it, that's totally up to you. I do not inflate my shipping charges, that's just bad policy. I charge only what it costs me to ship the item(s) to you I WILL GLADLY COMBINE ALL ITEM PURCHASES IN THE SAME SHIPPING BOX WHEN POSSIBLE TO SAVE YOU MONEY.
Please note that any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Accepted payments are by PayPal, Money Order, Cash, or Personal Check if you wish to pick up the item(s) locally. You may also pay by Credit card through Etsy's Direct Checkout. Payment by personal check or money orders MUST be drawn on US funds ONLY. No exceptions! Personal checks & money orders require contact with me via messaging within 24 hours to confirm your intentions. No order will begin work until the payment clears. This is to avoid any problem with the check not clearing and work already being done.
If you decide to cancel your purchase, you must do so before the item ships If the order was shipped before being cancelled, no refund will be given and the item remains yours, except in the case of a general return.
Orders for items that have a personal name burned branded laminated or engraved on it are considered as final sale items. Final sale items mean just that, all sales are FINAL on these items, this is because the item has a name that is familiar with the customer who ordered it and not suitable for anyone else and therefor cannot be resold This is the only exception to cancelling on an order.
Shop policy is, Half Down and Half when the item ships. down payments are NON REFUNDABLE except when due to a problem that I had with filling the order, not related to your decision to cancel the order. This does not apply to the orders that have a personal name engraved on them as described above all of these types of sales are FINAL and all money due must be paid up front
Returns & exchanges
Damaged items: I will repair/replace any damaged items, whether it was damaged by the carrier, or if the damage is due to craftsmanship error. I will repair or replace damaged items but I will do so at buyer expense. This is why insurance on your items is so important. PLEASE contact me if you have any questions about this or any other topic about my shop or items in it
Returns: You may return any item for any reason within 30 business days unless it is a custom engraved item, with a name that cannot be resold. Again, all of these sales are FINAL. To do so, simply notify me, and state the reason for the return before returning the item, so that I know to expect it and be looking for it. the item must be in original condition and include all pieces and parts as they were shipped to you. Return postage and insurance are your responsibility.
Pet urns, These are not made very often but I can make them. They fall under the Custom Order policy, See below. Please contact me for information on having me create one for you using contact seller, etsy conversations or request custom order links. Please note also that if these items fall under the custom engraved item above, this too will be a final sale item. All sales final in that case, but this is only if you request engraving.
Yes I am happy to do custom orders. Feel free to use Etsy Conversations or the Request Custom Order link, to speak with me about these items and tell me what you want. I will then create the item if we agree for me to do so, at the price agreed on, and I will list it in my shop reserved for you to purchase. The shipping cost will be included in the price you pay.

All metal parts of my hand crafted items are made separately at a factory and have a lifetime wear guarantee, if the finish wears off under normal use, or a metal part breaks, contact me for replacement instructions. If you lose a part such as the center band of a Slimline pen, not to worry, just contact me for help. Use Etsy Conversations or call 501 368 0434 or 501 203 9214, I'll be more than happy to get a replacement item out to you asap and will at that time advise you of any cost that you will need to pay if any.
