Items will purchased will ship out the next business day. All items will ship via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an email containing a tracking number after the item has shipped. Once the item is in the hands of USPS please contact them directly for any information regarding shipping/tracking/deliveries. We are not responsible to items once they have been shipped. For expedited shipping please contact shop owner before making your purchase.

Returns & exchanges
Here at Juliana’s Closet we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days.
If you need to make a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return form. This form must be sent to us with the merchandise you wish to return.
Please note that merchandise must be returned in its original condition. It is encouraged that you send returns to us via insured mail for protection against damage or loss.
Juliana’s Closet is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise being returned to us. Shipping costs are non refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items, custom orders and giveaway promotions are all final sale.
