All swatches can be found on the listing of the fabric you are looking to buy. They are $0.75 a piece and shipping is included. Any orders of swatches of 5 or more is qualified for a coupon for shipping. Just send us a message and we will help.

Due to the nature of our company, we do not accept returns or approve refunds for fabric or items that purchaser does not like after shipping. If you are concerned about a fabric, please buy a swatch first.

If you purchase internationally, please note that shipping might take longer than normal because of customs and transfer of companies. After the item leaves the United States, we no longer have control over posting updates. Please contact your local post office if you have concerns.

Please note that we always purchase Priority Mail from USPS for shipping. We can not control how fast they move the item to you. We are of course as frustrated as you are about the delay in shipping, but once it leaves our office, there is nothing we can do to speed it up.

We offer full value exchange or refund on any damaged goods reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of damage provided via email. The refund or exchange will be fulfilled upon receiving the damaged goods within 14 days of delivery. Upon approval of return or exchange, we provide a prepaid return label for return of damaged product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on general purchases due to the fact that we custom produce all of our products upon order; this includes fabric by the yard. Please ensure that slight color and size discrepancies are acceptable for your application as images displayed on your computer screen may display colors differently than they actually are.
