These large Vellum Tags are great for just about anything you can think of, use them as ‘thank you’ tags with customers purchases, card making, Altered Art and Scrapbook projects, etc:
I have placed the tags over two images and love the soft tone finish and how so adaptable they are, I hope you agree.

The photo of the tags comes up more blue
(believe me I’ve tried hard) but they really are a beautiful lilac, they measure 12cmx6cm and come in packs of 10.

I post within 1 to 3 business days excluding any holiday dates which may affect this time frame.

Shipping/Postage is by Air Mail to EU menber countries, USA,Canada & Australia etc. I have no control over routes,methods or delivery times to Non EU countries but will post every order as soon as humanly possible.
I can only guarantee dispatch from the UK up to when it leaves this country. It's not in my power to offer any form of tracking shipping to any countries which do not have these methods set up, however I always get proof of postage.

I do offer tracking / Signed For shipping for the countries mentioned above, however, please contact me for costings of this option as shipping costs listed are for STANDARD shipping only and do not include any special postage requirements. I also offer international Courier shipping option if you wish your items delivered by this fast track method, this will also be at an extra charge so please let me know and I'll check out this option price.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Can you please ensure your postal address is worded exactly the way your postal service insists upon i.e. The zip / post code in the exact order otherwise your item may be rejected and returned to the sender ( me) This has not happened to me but it has to others sometimes just because something like the postal/zip code was on another line ( or wasn't on another line) when this happens the item is rejected by your country. If this does happen it will inevitably mean a second postal cost will be incurred for you as I can't be held responsible for this. If your country has such rigid rules on this matter it's best to alert me to this before shipping your item and we can both check all is as it should be- Just a wee heads up.


I package all my items with weight/bulk in mind to help keep shipping costs to a minimum but will never compromise protection of you purchase.

If an item goes missing I always ask for proof of postage and will be happy to forward you a copy to help you trace your missing goods. I can't be held responsible for items lost, damaged or missing.

Duties, Custom charges & allowed goods vary from country to country, it is your responsibility to look into and pay any import charges sent products may incur.

I accept PayPal and Direct Payment, if paying with P/P I prefer to deliver to the account holders listed address only but if this is a gift to another person please contact me and check PayPals terms and conditions. Please pay at the checkout promptly or I can hold items for you for a short while if you contact me first to make arrangements.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUNDS:-
Refunds will be treated on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances ~ if there is a problem, please contact me within 24 hours or 3 days max. of receiving your purchase and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any difficulties.
I accurately describe all items sold and as these listed are mostly created and OOAK pieces I can't offer any replacements.
My photographs are considered to be part of the listing as well as the written details.

Upon receipt if you (the buyer) feel that an item has not been represented accurately, contact us and detail your concern. Should we agree the item was not accurately described, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense including insurance & tracking means. Upon our receipt of the item, in its original condition as shipped to the buyer by us, the purchase price plus return shipping and insurance costs will be refunded at that time.


Breakage: We always pack fragile items with a great deal of care and insure these items. If an item is broken in shipping, please take pictures and keep all packing materials as they will be needed for insurance purposes. I offer standard shipping and extra insurance shipping only this option will give a refund of the item after the courier company looks into the damage. Standard shipping is not covered so please contact me for extra cover postage cost.
All of our items are packed with extreme care. Our feedback tells the story on how carefully we pack your fragile items...all positive!

INTERNATIONAL: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged when shipped Internationally. nor can we be responsible for poor or careless delivery.

International buyers are responsible for all clearance / custom fees, duties and/or taxes. within your own country.

I do not offer any return on items of jewellery which are worn on ears or neck for hygiene reasons. Nor do I offer returns on items custom made for customers

In making a number of my products I often use vintage and antique pieces,which can carry signs of history & age, please don’t expect brand new and some of these items come with genuine patina and age.
