Payments

Payment types accepted are PayPal or direct checkout with credit card. Make sure you enter the correct address with your payment.. I can only ship to the address you provide with the payment.

You may cancel an order only if I have not manufactured your order. Contact me to see if it's an option.

Returns & exchanges

Returns: I accept returns of defective and not as described items if mailed back within one week of you receiving the item. Please contact me first with reason for the return before mailing an item. Returns will be taken for store credit only. If something is missing from your order you must contact within 7 days of package receipt.

If your package goes missing in the mail system I can only replace your order after a 90 day period had passed. Unfortunately some countries Customs Agencies are very slow and I have had packages take as long as 3 months to arrive at overseas locations. I will only replace the shipment 1 time. If your order goes missing a second time it will have to be dealt with at your postal delivery service.
