The majority of orders are shipped same or next business day. We do not ship on the weekends.
A free tracking number is provided with all orders (in the United States).
Yes! We do ship Internationally! We are NOT responsible for loss or damage on items mailed internationally. We take every precaution in packaging. By purchasing from our store, you agree to accept this policy.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We send via Priority Mail, mainly using "Flat-Rate" packaging as this saves you money! Below are the general prices: *Up to TEN yards of fabric for $32.95 *11-20 yards for no more than $66.95 *21-35 yards for no more than $89.95 (the above prices are subject to change at the USPS discretion)
Please do not ask us to fill out the customs form inaccurately. This is a federal offense.
In order to avoid surprises, please familiarize yourself with the customs regulations/fees of your country as you are responsible for paying these fees.

Payment must be received and cleared before item(s) will be shipped. We'd appreciate payment within 3 days of purchase. If item(s) are not paid for within 10 business days (we will do our best to contact you in this time frame), we'll cancel the transaction.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want 100% happy, satisfied customers! If there is a problem with your items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provided the items are in original packaging, unused, and have no odors, you may return them within 14 days and receive a refund (minus the original shipping cost, unless the error was ours).
All fabric/kits are packed in plastic wrap to ensure no damage from liquids. Once the items leave our hands at the Post Office, we cannot be responsible for damages or loss.
