One - logo rectangular banner image (1200x300 pixels) for Facebook, Etsy, Twitter, Google+ and blogs

One - round badge (500x500px) with compass only (no text) for online profile pictures and watermarks

To place your order:

1. Add item to cart.

2. In the "Note to Elizabeth Davis Design" section, please provide the following information:
- EXACT wording you would like to appear in your logo, usually business name + slogan if you have one
- Single color choice (please use the Pantone reference color chart here: http://www.pantone-colours.com)
- Specific preferred sizes if you need something other than the sizes listed above

3. When your payment clears and we receive the above information from you, we will email proofs to the email address linked to your Etsy account within 2-3 business days.

4. When you receive your proofs, let us know if you need any revisions, or if the proofs are approved. This logo package includes ONE round of revisions (extra revisions can be purchased HERE). Revised proofs will be returned to you within 2 business days.

5. Once the proofs are approved, save them to your computer.


Fine Print!

-Please note that colors may look a little different between monitors and print shops. Always ask for a proof from your printers before finalizing any print job.

-All designs are copyrighted. You do not have permission to edit or re-sell designs, either in part or whole.

Payments

Due to the nature of digital work (they are impossible to return), we require payment before delivery and once payment has been received and designs delivered, we do not issue refunds for any reason.


Returns & exchanges

Due to the nature of custom design work, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any of our digital products or downloads.

For designs that require wording or text from you, the purchaser, please be sure that spelling, grammar and text order are correct before you send us the copy. Every Elizabeth Davis Design comes with one revision. If you notice an error that is your fault after you've already had the designs revised once OR if you just want to tweak a design a little more, you must purchase an extra round of revisions. Revisions can be purchased here:

If you purchase one of our designs or design packages that require customization (like wedding invitations which require your text and information) but do not respond to emails or other attempts to contact you within ten business days, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase. If we have already delivered first drafts to you but have not received a response from you, we will assume you are happy with your first drafts and mark your order complete. No refunds will be issued after first drafts have been sent.

While every effort has been taken to ensure that our designs are 100% functional and printable at the size advertised, occasionally we do make a mistake. If you run into trouble while printing and it's our fault, please contact us immediately and we promise to make it right. We want you to be thrilled with you purchase.
