** SPECIAL NOTE ** Please note that each one of our creations are handmade to order. We do not carry inventory. Paint colors and ribbon selections may vary slightly. If you have a specific request for your ribbon, please make note of that at the time of your purchase. These designs can be hung outside but should be protected from the weather elements for longer use.

Our Ready-to-Hang items will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Custom orders ship within 10-21 business days unless otherwise noted.
We ship all orders by USPS. Normally Priority mail depending on the size of your order and requested turn around time. We provide tracking info and insurance on all orders.
If you need rush shipping you will need to notify us BEFORE your purchase. We will need to update the shipping options and you will be invoiced for additional charges.
******ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN HAWAII OR ALASKA****** PLEASE message us before you place your order. There are additional shipping fees we have to include. IF you've already placed your order, we will send an invoice for the additional shipping cost. No orders will ship until all shipping cost are paid for.
All orders must be prepaid via paypal or credit card before any designs will be cut and painted.
Once orders are placed & payment is received, any of our Ready-to-Hang items will ship within 1-3 business days.
Production time for custom cut & painted orders is 18-28 business days, unless otherwise stated. We strive for a quick turn around.
Rush orders are available for an additional charge. If you're needing an item by a specific date please message us BEFORE you place your order and we will let you know of any additional cost and if the turn around time is possible.
Returns & exchanges
Unfortunately, due to all orders being custom cut and painted, we do not accept returns unless items arrive damaged. If any order arrives damaged, YOU must contact us within 12 hours of the order being delivered. A replacement will be provided once you send pictures of the damaged item, box, and any other information needed. If your item is lost or damaged on behalf of the shipping company, we will file a claim for the damages. Once the claim has been resolved and the money has been refunded either to the shop or the customer, we can then begin to process a new order for you.
*** IMPORTANT! *** When hanging any orders outside, we strongly recommended hanging them under a covered awning or patio to protect them from the elements. Please remember to bring any design inside during extreme weather conditions; including rain, snow, and wind.
