If you want peace of mind by having a tracking option or insurance please get in touch before you purchase, that way I can let you know the additional cost(s). I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit once they have been shipped if tracking is not specified. Thank you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
While I don't offer refunds on patterns, I do check before listing to ensure all pieces are complete. I note if pattern has been cut, pieces altered, or any damage to the envelope. Please refer to description and photos in the listing for details.
Australia Post official web site estimates delivery times to overseas countries vary between three and ten working days.
Shipping cost comprises postage and packaging materials, plus 10% GST.
