Most of the items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Only made to order items may have a longer turnaround time. Items purchased on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) will be shipped in the beginning of the following week. In case you need a fast shipping, please contact me and I will inform you about the delivery times and rates.

The buyer is always responsible for the possible custom or duty charges! This is something that has been set by your government. It has nothing to do with us sellers and all the custom charges you pay goes to the government.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
My general wish is that my customers contact me in case there any questions or so.

In case the item is broken during the delivery/ lost during the delivery/ not for your liking, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

If you receive a broken item, I will do my very best to help you with the case.
If you do not like your item, you can return it in its original packing and in prime condition unusable within 14 days of receiving the package. I will return you the entire sum (item + shipping). The customer is always responsible of the returning shipping and possible custom charges. These will not be refunded.

In case there is something wrong with the item you purchased, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to help you.
