Feel free to contact us first to review your logo. We'll be happy to let you know if the foil option is available to you!

This option is ONLY AVAILABLE for the following paper colors at this time:

CANYON
CRYSTAL
DESERT
GOLD
GRAY
RED
SILVER
WHITE

Foiling is all or nothing at this time, so all printing will be foiled. We do not offer partial foiling at this time.

We currently offer metallic silver and gold and will be adding more options soon.
Order one of these addons for EACH set of cards that you would like foil on.
Foil is NOT available for double sided printing.

DO NOT purchase this addon for a logo unless you have already contacted us to confirm it will work.

**As we test more papers, other colors may become available at a later date.
If you select this foil addon and a paper that is not supported for your items, you will be asked to choose from the above paper colors.

Note that foil does not adhere well to very small text, so please consider this when choosing fonts.
Fine lines and intricate details will not foil well.

Foil is not available for our labels yet - we're working on it though!

Our current processing time is 5-7 business days and applies to blank and customized orders since we process ALL orders in the order they are received. Orders of more than 5 sets may require additional processing time. Logos must be submitted in print quality. We do everything we can on our end to ensure prints are clear and not fuzzy or grainy. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the best quality image file to work with. If you're not sure if your logo will work for the item(s) you'd like, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to test it for you!

A digital proof is a screenshot of your template, not a printed sample. You will have the option to request a proof when submitting your customization information. We are NOT responsible for any delays resulting from a slow approval time for proofs. If we do not receive a reply to a proof within 48 hours, we will assume we are ready to print and will proceed with the order.

We save your template design and image files for up to 1 year from your last order! This ensures that re-orders of the same product will be possible. We may have to change papers due to discontinuations at the paper mill. IF this happens, we will need you to select a new paper color.

We ship everything with the option you select at checkout.
We are not responsible for any duties or import taxes on items shipped outside of the USA. Please check with your local customs office for fee information.
We are NOT responsible for delays caused by the US Postal Service and we cannot garuntee delivery times.


Payments

Payment is due at checkout. We currently accept Etsy gift cards, all major credit cards, and PayPal. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal! We charge sales tax for all orders purchased in Texas at a rate of 8.25%.

We do NOT OFFER REFUNDS for any customized product ordered from our shop.
Replacements are available ONLY in the event that we made an error and every effort will be made to ensure replacements are shipped quickly!

• Typos or color issues from the text and/or images you provide. We cannot guarantee colors will appear the same on every device. We use a commercial digital printer machine. We cannot match a color that appears on your screen. Display devices use RGB color to show images and printing uses CMYK color profiles.
• Items shipped to the address you provided that show delivered.
• Shipping to the wrong address when that address is what you provided at checkout.
• Items where a proof was received and approved.
• International orders: Refunds will not be given in the event you do not pay your customs fees. If the package is returned, you must pay additional shipping charges for us to ship it again.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where customization info is not received within 24 hours.
