The Royal School of Needlework (RSN) teaches hand embroidery to the highest standard and is well respected all over the world. Items are not refundable due to the nature of the product, unless there are major defects to your fabric.
For items such as undyed fabric (cut and packaged), embroidery kits and materials, there is a 10% restocking fee charged to returned items. Items need to be received in clean and undamaged condition.
