We ship our items by the most economical means possible. Small packages are generally shipped via the US Postal Service First Class. Glass and larger packages are shipped via UPS Ground. All fragile items are insured and every precaution is taken to ensure that your order reaches you without incident while in transit.
Because we are in the Midwest, shipping costs quoted are based on the medium cost when comparing shipping estimates between the east and west coasts. If the cost is less based on your delivery destination, we will refund the difference to you upon completion of generating your shipping label and obtaining the shipper's fees. If the cost to ship is more, JC's will absorb the difference.
At the present time, we do not have the resources to ship outside the continental United States.
We do not pack merchandise ahead of time in order to provide the most economical shipping methods available to customers who order more than one item during a single transaction. Also, all items are cleaned and undergo one last inspection prior to shipment.
Payment must be submitted at the time your purchase is made. If you pay via PayPal, your order will be shipped as soon as we receive confirmation that your payment has been received.

JC's stands by the quality of our merchandise. Each piece is cleaned and thoroughly inspected prior to posting. As our inventory consists of items that are vintage and pre-owned, occasionally we will post an item that may have a minor or unnoticeable defect; however, such imperfections are clearly outlined in that item's description. We do not knowingly sell broken or otherwise damaged merchandise.
