Welcome to Unmatched Event Design!

This listing is for a set of 12 Lion King or Lion Guard folded tent card. They measure 5"w x 2"h (folded). Use them as escort cards, food/drink labels, or even as treat bag toppers.

--> The LION GUARD set = You get 6 different characters: Kion, Bunga, Ono, Fuli, Besthe, and the Lion Guard Symbol. The main colors are burgundy, orange and brown; with a cream background.
--> The LION KING set = You get 6 different characters: Simba, Pumbaa, Timon, Zazu, Rafiki and Scar. The main colors are orange, yellow and brown; with an aqua background.

**SHIPPING** = I ship by party date NOT order date or the default shipping date that populates from the order date. The less orders, the quicker I ship, the earlier you get your order. The more orders, the longer I ship, the closer to your party date you will get your order. Once I commit to your order, you will get it on time for your event, so please be patient as I work down the line. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR PARTY DATE.

IMPORTANT: Orders are shipped out according to party date and NOT the purchase date or the default shipping date. I work and ship by party date to ensure all accepted orders leave my shop on time.

- Question: When will I receive my order?
Answer: You will receive your order on time for your event. When there is a high volume of orders due on/around your party date, your order will arrive days close to your party. Simultaneously, when there is a low volume of orders, your order will arrive earlier. Once I commit to your date, do know you will get it on time for your event, so please be patient as I work down the line.

- Question: When are you shipping my order?
Answer: Your order will be shipped on time for your event. Due to a high volume of custom orders all requiring different & varying production time, a specific shipping date is not provided at the inception. Once orders are expedited and time can be appropriately estimated, buyers can be made aware of the shipping date.

- Question: Why is it taking so long?
Answer: Here are common factors that affect production time, thus shipping time:
- All items are made to order; I do not grab from a shelf and ship.
- All items are customized; time is needed to create to one's liking & preference.
- All items are handmade; time is needed to design, create and assemble.
- Rush orders are accepted and will be prioritized.
- Materials & supplies have to be acquired, thus time is needed. Materials and supplies do run out, therefore time is needed to acquire elsewhere or wait for restocking.
- Different orders are submitted at different times yet with same or closer party dates, thus time is needed to accommodate all buyers.
- Keep in mind that creating custom designs and expediting orders are not the only processes that utilize my time; answering numerous email inquiries in a timely fashion, creating mock requests, are examples of other factors that impede production time, hence shipping time.
- Shop hours should also be considered. As with any operating business, my shop has core hours. I respond as fast as I can, I work as late as I can, nevertheless, the shop is not run on a 24/7 basis like a plant or factory.
- Natural events which are unpredictable also have an impact: example illnesses, loss in the family, etc...
All these factors are juggled in a manner to deliver great customer service to all, whether you are visiting the shop, inquiring with no intent to buy, or buying from the shop. Thank you for your patience!

PLEASE NOTIFY ME PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. I reserve the right to cancel your order. Please email me via Etsy only to ensure I have received your message.
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR PARTY DATE WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. Current processing/production time is 2-4 weeks minimum prior to party date (varies by item and quantity). If you do not provide a party date, then your order will be shipped when it is completed and I am not accountable if the delivery date falls after your event date.

**SHIPPING & HANDLING**
Your order will be shipped via USPS. Unless specified, all items are shipped fully assembled; no assembly required! All physical orders are subject to both shipping + handling fees. Handling fees vary due to packaging & supplies used. Digital orders are excluded from these fees.

**PROCESSING & DEADLINE**
All orders are made-to-order so a processing time is also required. Processing time varies per item and quantity.

**DOMESTIC ORDERS & INSURANCE**
Buyers select their shipping method. Domestic orders are usually shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail (depending on the item & weight). Priority Mail should arrive in 2-3 days and First Class Mail in 3 to 5 days, but it can vary since it is an expected delivery, not a guaranteed delivery. The expected delivery date & tracking # will be emailed. Up to $50 insurance is included only for Priority Mail. Please make sure your "Ship To" address is correct.

**DELAYS**
If the postal office failed to deliver on said date, we cannot be held accountable for any delays. Once your package leaves our hands it is out of our control. All physical orders have a tracking #.

**DAMAGES**
There is always a risk in shipping fragile paper products. I cannot be held responsible for mail that is damaged in transit. To ensure your package arrived damage-free do upgrade to USPS Priority Mail box versus packages. Contact me for assistance if needed!

**LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES**
The shop is not responsible for lost packages due to erroneous address, or the post office failing to deliver your package or any other reasons. If I ship an order to the correct address, the post office show proof of delivery via tracking # but buyer denies receiving the order, I cannot be held accountable. Please handle this issue with your local post office, or consider Priority Mail for the insurance. I will NOT refund or send out replacement orders for shipped/delivered/lost/stolen packages. I am not responsible for stolen packages either.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS**
International orders are always welcome. Please convo me for info and assistance!

**SHIPPING PACKAGES & UPGRADES**
Unless specified, most orders are shipped in an envelope. To maintain the integrity of certain item (i.e. wrinkle-free, damage-free), shipping in a box is recommended, so please convo me for pricing if interested in upgrading your packaging material from an envelope to a box.

At this time, we accept payments from Paypal and Etsy. Buyers are not required to establish a PayPal account for purchase. By placing your order you are agreeing to our terms & policies.

**RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY**
Our items are made-to-order so we do not honor refunds, returns or exchanges! No refunds, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions so kindly review before submitting your order. No refunds on digital orders. No refunds on lost or undelivered mail!

**CANCELLATION POLICY**
I do not accept cancellation request from buyers. The shop owner, however, reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason deem necessary (example: rudeness, late orders, etc...)

**SHIPPING OVERAGE**
I do refund any shipping overages in the event the shipping + handling fees are less than original amount paid.

**DIGITAL ORDERS**
Once payment is complete, please allow up to 48 hours for your file to be customized and emailed. Please provide all necessary information, as well as limit your content as to not exceed the allotted space in the design. Your file (both PDF & JPG) is already set at 300 dpi (highest printing quality); thus kindly consider other alternatives for poor printing output. This is for DIY (Do It Yourself) printing, thus you may print on your personal device or local printing shop. Each device is set up differently, not all printers ink output is the same, and not all printing shops authorize the printing of copyrighted material. I do not provide advice as to where to go for printing because not all places operate the same and not all device print the same quality. I do not have control over these factors and cannot be held accountable for printing issues. Your order is for DIY printing, kindly print on personal/private devices and seek a local shop that will allow you to print with no restriction. I do not offer IT related technical support or solutions on device set up. When emailing digital orders, I will do so first through your Etsy account, if none is set up then I will email you through the alternative email provided and I do not guarantee that I will update that you have read or replied since I solely work through my Etsy email account.

**CUSTOMIZATION**
SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY, If you need to customize a listing, please contact me to make sure I can accommodate your request. Examples of customization include new theme design, changing colors, font, wording, quantity, etc... Please ensure that all the information provided for your custom order is accurate and typo-free. CUSTOMIZATION PRICING = certain customization request is free, for example: change of color, minor wording edit that will not lead to re-design, quantity update etc... Other customizations that require time and effort are subject to a $5 design fee, for example: new theme request, new item dimension that requires re-designing of the file etc.... Once approved and item purchased, the $5 design fee will be deducted from your order. If you do not wish to pursue with an order, the $5 design fee is non-refundable.

**PRODUCT MATERIALS & COLORS**
Due to the nature of our handmade paper goods, each item will be slightly different yet unique in its own way. Each item is hand-crafted so please be aware that there will be some slight variation. The colors of card stock paper, ribbon, or other material used may vary not only due to monitor calibration but the availability in the store. Supplies are acquired per order, thus if a particular color is not available, then the next one closest to the original color is selected.

**RUSH ORDERS**
Please send me a message PRIOR TO PURCHASE to inquire if I am able to accommodate your rush order in the time frame required. Orders requested in less than 14 days is a rush order. Orders requested for a date that the shop is already booked will also be charged a rush fee. The minimum charge is $10.00 and will vary based on item & quantity.

**EMAILING**
DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF EMAIL INQUIRIES, PLEASE ALLOW 5 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ME RESPOND.
